Phil has been working as an artist for over twenty years. His work expands from site-specific installation in New York to moving image light installations in London. He is now creating work as a commercial artist been represented by Comma Ca Arts, Manchester and KIN Gallery, Manchester. As a result of learning how to silver using techniques the Victorians used Phil have been combining my printing skills to develop my art practice.
